Metaphysical Lore:

The symbol of the "Healing Hand" is one of a healer. The spiral in the center is often to represent those that perform Reiki or some other spiritual "hands on" type of healing, as spirals are representative of the universe and that

which is unending. Healing by energy or laying of hands has been a part of human history for millenia. In Eastern traditions it has been a part of not only their spiritual paths but a mainstream part of their culture. Reiki, and other forms of hands on healing are starting to take hold here in the west and are gaining in popularity.

Chakras are seven energy centers located in our physical bodies, with correlating colors and energies for those areas. The Charkas go in this order:

Crown Chakra, located just above your head and is represented by purple.

Third Eye, located at the forehead, is represented by blue.

The Throat Chakra, located at the base of the throat, and is represented by aqua/turquoise.

The Heart/Lung Chakra, located in the upper chest, is represented by green.

The Solar Plexus Chakra, located in the upper stomach area and is represented by yellow.

The Sacrum Chakra, located in the lower abdomoen is represented by orange.

The final Chakra is the Root Chakra, located at the very base of the spine and is represented by red.

Each energy center oversees a specific area of health, both physical and emotional. Chakra work is a key element in many of the Eastern Faiths and is getting more popular among Western faiths as well.

GG's Exclusives Primitive LOOK COPPER Wireworked AND HAMMERED BRACELET with TURQUOISE and VINTAGE CORAL Gems

Unique wireworked Copper Wire Bracelet, with Turquoise and Vintage Coral gemstone beads. I created this piece with 22 gauge square Copper wire and 18 gauge Copper round wire. The turquoise beads are a primitive cut bead, very ununiform in shape and cut. The coral beads are from an old vintage necklace I disassembled to use the beads from it. I NEVER use new coral in my pieces. Neat piece, with lots of wireworking, a few round and flat copper spacer beads, and finished with a handformed and hammered copper wire clasp. Semi adjustable.

Bracelet Length: 8 1/2" long, can adjust down in 1/2" to 1" increments

Along with the Bell, Book of Shadows and Candlestick are two Pentacles and 30 drops (I like multiples of three) with Labradorite, genuine Jet, faceted Clear Quartz Crystal and Cultured Freshwater Pearls and Garnet gemstone beads with red Swarovski Austrian Crystals and Sterling Silver beads and bead caps worked on Sterling Silver wire and all are attached to a Sterling Silver Bracelet I created with wireworked links and finished with a Sterling Silver Lobster Claw clasp Awesome bracelet for festivals or rituals, and is VERY adjustable. BELLS: Bells have been used in many cultures and in many ways. Bells are often
rung during Pagan/Wiccan Rituals to help call the four corners, and by other spiritual
paths to send away evil spirits.

BOOK OF SHADOWS: The Book of Shadows, is a witch's journal where all her spells, potions, and magickal thoughts and notes of all kinds are kept and recorded. Many BOS are passed on from generation to generation, either through families or coven traditions.

CANDLES: Great tool for moving energy. Candles are used to light our alters, represent the God and Goddess. Different colors are used for different spellwork, and candles are the only tool that represents ALL elements, earth when solid, fire when it, air when smoking and water when melting. Candle Magick is among the strongest and most used of all magick.

Pentacles are a five pointed intertwined star inside a circle. To many Pagan and Wiccan traditions, the Pentacle most commonly symbolize the elements of life, with the points of the star meaning, Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit, and the circle around them all symbolizes eternal life in birth, death and reincarnation, and also the Wheel of the Year, life going on in an endless circle with no beginning and no end. Mermaid, a marine being with the head and upper torso of a beautiful young woman and with the lower body of a fish. She is often found in seas and lakes, many times lying on a rock and combing her long hair while looking into a mirror! Mermaids were thought to predict the future and are often seen along side seals. According to legends, they attract sailors by singing and by playing beautiful music. They live in a kingdom on the bottom of the ocean, and this is where they take their captives.
