Gorgeous bracelet I have created, with six "links" of "beez to butterflies" chain maille with Bright Aluminum rings, and gorgeous deep purple roses I have hand-sculpted from polymer clay. Each rose has double holes with metal links to attach to the chain maille. One end has a base metal lobster claw clasp, the other has several rings and a drop with swarovski austrian crystal beads. Beautiful and unique piece! The combo of chain maille and roses, very different, yet very elegant! Truly stunning piece.

Metaphysical Lore:Roses have meant many things in folk lore. Often associated with Aphrodite, and love. The different colors of roses are said to mean different things, but the most familiar of course is red roses with love and passion. The story goes that Aphrodite pricked her finger on a thorn and her blood turned the flower red, and has since been associated with love and passion, both the color and the flower. Regardless, they are quite beautiful, and who doesn't love their fragrance? And EVERYONE should learn to "stop and smell the roses" from time to time!
